What is the address of the showroom?

You can visit our Sydney showroom at: Unit 1 17-21 Bowden Street, Alexandria, 2015 NSW.

Do you have showrooms in any other locations?

Our Sydney showroom is our only physical location at this time.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit the showroom?

No appointment is needed! Feel free to drop in at your convenience during our opening hours which are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Can I make purchases in-store?

Yes, you can purchase in-store or online. Whichever suits you best!

Can I place an order on the phone?

Yes, we can take orders over the phone if paying via card payment.

What payment methods are available? Do you offer finance options?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We don’t offer finance options at this time, however you can use Afterpay, Zip or Klarna if you would like to pay in instalments.

Do you take split payments?

We can take split payments, however please note this is only available in store and limited to two payment methods.

Is there parking available?

We have 5 parking spots available, you can find these in the Bowden Street complex we are located in. Look for any spot marked #1.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

We can make arrangements for entry via our warehouse if you require mobility assistance.

Where can I collect my order?

The majority of orders will need to be collected from the showroom. For large orders we can arrange for pick up from the warehouse, however, please notify us beforehand so we can prepare the collection in advance.
