Australian Physical Retailer:
The retailer must be an Australian company with a physical shopfront where the item can be collected immediately. -
In-Stock Items Only:
The item must be physically in stock at the retailer’s store (not listed as "in stock with supplier") and available for same-day collection. Backorder or preorder items are excluded. -
Australian Stock & Warranty:
The product must be genuine Australian stock, not a grey import, and must include an Australian warranty through the official distributor (not an international warranty). -
Shipping Costs:
If the retailer is interstate, shipping costs will be added to the product price for the purpose of matching. We do not price-match other retailers’ shipping fees. -
Exclusions:
- Online-only retailers and marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay.
- Time-limited promotions, cashback offers, and coupon codes (e.g., eBay-exclusive discounts).
- Commercial quantities, stock liquidation sales, or price errors.
- Items below our cost price.
- Spectrum, Gariz, Orangemonkie, Volkwell, and Neewer products due to limited stock availability and varying cost prices (their prices are as marked on our website).

Reasonable Quantities:
We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.

- Price match offers cannot be used with any other discount, offer, or promotion.
- We reserve the right to decline a price match if the conditions are not met or if it is not economically viable.
